National Institute Of Technology,Allahabad
Motilal Nehru National institute of technology, Allahabad was established in the year of 1961 as of the regional Engineering Colleges in India by the government as a college under the university of Allahabad which happens to be the third oldest university of the country. With the enactment of National Institutes Act in the year 2007, the institute was given the status of institute of national importance.
The college offers undergraduate degree in the following streams namely, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical along with Computer Science, Electronics Engineering and production and Industrial Engineering ( it was the first institute in the country to do so). In the current date it offers B.Tech. as well as M.Tech. degree under 9 branches plus MCA, MBA, M.Sc., M.S.W., Ph.D.. The students for the B.Tech program get admitted on the basis of their ranking in AIEEE with the following number of seats in each branch.
